Anastasia Jill

Ocular Manifestation

Babic.DSC06604.jpg
Untitled by Tanja Babic

ballerina laced in an illusion
of slit slot findings

/ she is failure but I am fan,
systemic applause – in the
mucous remains of her dance.

her feet are lore laced pin points
inside pocket maps

/ everywhere: the netherlands, french, sea of
depth, extra days in the country.

she follows other parts of my body
makes parks

/ I am backpacking down her spine,
into muscular valleys

I spell her in a photo print –
pink legs, landscape sarcoidosis

/ I watch her in fault;
she holds the dance
in her pockets of hip bone.
