“Intimate reflection in the mirror on the dressing table” by Konstantin Somov

It is 3:45AM
.        and you stare

into me–
.        thin and green

still up–
.        still somehow intact.

You survey
.        the damage–

Brittle fragments
.        cobbled together–

Wonder what
.        is missing

and if there ever was
      a crux–Decide

there is no
.        other universe

behind
      these cracks—
